At the consultation appointment, we will talk with you to ascertain the ultimate vision you have for your portrait. We’ll identify the mood you’re looking to achieve, and the message you want your portrait to convey. We’ll determine whether we should create a formal or informal portrait, and whether a location or studio session will work best. In addition, depending on the style of portrait you are after, we will make recommendations for clothing and make-up choices.
It's time to have fun! Since we have worked out all the details previously, it's time for you to relax and enjoy the photo session. We’ll take care of all the details to ensure your session results in the one-of-a-kind portrait we’ve envisioned.
Soon after your photography session, we’ll invite you to view your images in our studio. We will view the images on a large color-accurate monitor, enabling us to look closely at individual expressions and all the details. Also, we will discuss sizing, framing and displaying options for your prints.
Because this is the appointment in which you place and pay for your order, we ask that all decision makers be present. Once your order is placed, we will work carefully each step of the way to create the portrait we’ve conceptualized. Given the custom work involved in creating your portrait, your order will be completed within 4 weeks of placing your order. Rush orders can be accommodated.
